About Our Office

The physicians at Memorial Maternal Fetal Medicine are perinatologists, specialists in high-risk pregnancy. You may be referred to our practice by your primary care physician for a variety of reasons including:

• Genetic counseling
• Advanced ultrasounds for fetal
• Pre-term labor or a history of pre-term labor
• Premature rupture of membranes
• Pregnancy-induced hypertension (preeclampsia)
• Insulin-dependent or gestational diabetes
• Medical complications such as lupus, chronic hypertension or renal disease
• Blood group incompatibility
• Bleeding problems
• Multiple pregnancies
• Fetal health assessment
• Congenital abnormalities
• Pre-conception counseling because of poor obstetrical history, previous pregnancy loss or chronic medical conditions.

For your convenience, laboratory and ultrasound capabilities are offered on-site. Memorial Maternal Fetal Medicine has contracts with many insurance plans. A billing/account representative is available to answer questions and assist you with pre approval for specialty care.

Emergency & After Hours

For medical problems after regular office hours, please call Memorial Hospital Childbirth Unit at 647-7454. If it is a true emergency, call 911 or proceed to Memorial Hospital of South Bend where the physician on duty will begin treatment and notify us.

Parking

Parking is conveniently located in the Navarre Parking Garage, which is connected directly to our office on the 4th floor of 100 Navarre Place. Please park on the third floor of the parking garage and take the elevator to the fourth floor to reach our office. Memorial Maternal Fetal Medicine staff will gladly validate your parking ticket.
