Memorial Home Care Store

LaPorte Medical Group offers patients the convenience of purchasing home medical supplies inside our facility from Memorial Home Care. The store is open 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Acute Problem Walk-In

We are happy to provide walk-in service as a convenience for our patients. If you experience a sudden minor illness and cannot wait for a regular scheduled appointment, one of our physicians is available during our regular busines hours. We will see patients with an acute problem on a first-come, first-served basis during this time. Lab and X-ray services are also available.

Memorial is pleased to offer Med-Point immediate care center locations for minor medical emergencies that can't wait for an appointment. If it is a true emergency, call 911 or proceed to an emergency room where the physician on duty will begin treatment and notify us.
